“A leader always puts the interest of a company first, even at the cost of conflict.
Great leadership is about taking hard decisions fast, facilitating togetherness for creative teamwork and keeping a positive spirit – particularly in times of crisis.”

Mickael Bensadoun is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of FRÉ Skincare, a company that provides much more than just the first skincare solution for high-performing women. FRÉ’s mission is to drive social change and environmental sustainability through the power of community, female leadership and sustainable manufacturing.

Passionate about social impact and purposeful community development, Mickael co-founded Gvahim, a renowned non-profit organisation that provides skilled immigrants to Israel with the necessary tools and networks to build a successful career after their relocation. Founded in 2006, he served as CEO at Gvahim until 2014, when he became a board member of the organisation – a role he is involved in until today. Prior to founding Gvahim, he served as an advisor to the CEO of Rashi Foundation, one of Israel’s largest and most dynamic philanthropic foundations implementing transformative national projects to bridge educational and social gaps within Israel’s society.

Apart from his business career, Mickael lectured on Philanthropy and Social Entrepreneurship at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, held a teaching position in Political Science at the Bar-Ilan University and, until today, has been serving as a board member of the Simlai Foundation – a philanthropic organisation leveraging skills-based volunteers from top Israeli companies to support non-profits with a social impact.

In honour of his work and dedication to the common good, Mickael was chosen as one of the 40 promising talents under 40 by the Israeli magazine "TheMarker".
