Ifat Bechor is the CEO of Unistream, an organization that promotes business and social entrepreneurship among youth from Israel’s geographic and socioeconomic periphery by equipping them with advanced employment skills and opportunities for success. Ifat believes that investing in future entrepreneurs at a younger age is the way to create meaningful change in individual lives and Israeli society as a whole.

Prior to heading Unistream, Ifat worked at Birthright Israel for many years, most recently as Head of Business Development & Innovation in North America, where she built strategic global collaborations that supported the organization's vision. Previously she was the Executive Director of Birthright Israel Excel, an International Businesses and Leadership program of Birthright.

An action-oriented executive with extensive experience across operations and marketing, Ifat grows businesses by helping them adapt innovative technologies, identify opportunities, address inefficiency, and establish strategic partnerships. She is a Maoz Fellow and a member of the Schusterman Fellowship leadership development program.
