Mickey Steiner has been the Head of Operations for E.ON in Israel, one of Europe's most prominent energy-related network operators and one of the world's largest electric utility providers, before founding his private business and strategy consultancy Libra Consulting in summer 2021. Managing Israeli outposts of large German corporations for over two decades, he has been leading Infineon Technologies' development center in Israel, scaled SAP's Israeli R&D center to double its size as its Managing Director and led innogy's Israeli corporate venture arm prior to its acquisition by E.ON.

Leveraging his expertise in building bridges between the German and the Israeli tech ecosystems, Mickey is serving as the Vice President of the German-Israeli Chamber of Industry and Commerce and has been facilitating numerous initiatives to strengthen the ties between the countries' economies, cultures and, most importantly, young professionals.
