“The most critical trait for a leader is the ability to be a visionary and a doer at the same time.
They have to envision a reality that hasn't been created yet and, simultaneously, handle present tasks with a great deal of practicality.”

Anat's title might as well read "Trailblazer Entrepreneur and Visionary Executive". She is a seasoned investor, business leader and founder with a keen passion for technology invented to tackle global challenges of the 21st century. Renewable energy, sustainability, life science and infrastructure are just some of the areas making the list.

Currently an advisor to the Consensus Business Group, a large-scale London based family office, Anat has been leading the Israeli VC and private equity company Capital Nature as its CEO up until February 2021. Previously, she has founded and led Xenia Venture Capital, an investment firm and technology incubator that pioneered seed stage investing from early 2000 and up until today. During Anat’s 13 year-long tenure, Xenia celebrated eight portfolio exists, returned its investments by a significant factor, went public in 2006 and finally got acquired by the Consensus Business Group.

Her dedication to creating a meaningful future spans beyond her investments in early-stage ventures, however. Making a point in educating and empowering the next generation of Israeli leaders, Anat is not only mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs in a number of Israeli non-profits but is also lecturing on venture creation at Reichman University (previously IDC Herzliya).
