Michal Issachary is the General Manager of ContentIQ, a Perion Company, offering data and analytics tools that deconstruct content, revenue and distribution to solve today's biggest digital publishing challenges. Michal is an innovative Business Executive with experience in managing, growing, and scaling business units – leading up to $100M in turnover. She started her career as a developer in the intelligence unit and after that, has held multiple data, product and business roles among which are the GM of online applications at ironSource, VP of Games & Operations at CrazyLabs, and VP of Operations at Perion Network.

Michal specializes in building and developing result-oriented and data-driven groups, leveraging the combination of business, technology, data, product and execution to create value and achieve business growth.

Michal also serves as a mentor for young women in the tech and gaming industries, encouraging women to pursue STEM tracks, develop leadership skills from a young age, and support one another to succeed in male-dominated industries.
